Summary

Introduced with the Customs Tariff Amendment (Greater Sunrise) Bill 2004, the bill amends the

Petroleum (Submerged Lands) Act 1967
,
Petroleum Resource Rent Tax Assessment Act 1987
and
Radiocommunications Act 1992
to provide the administrative framework necessary for Australia to meets its obligations under the Greater Sunrise unitisation agreement between Australia and East Timor. Also contains a regulation-making power.
